For the past 15 years, Emma has held leadership positions in societal decision-making and has influenced the core of nature and climate policies, both at the local and national levels as well as within the EU. Emma has served as a City Council member, a member of Parliament, and as the Minister of Environment and Climate. Emma has been involved in the drafting of the Finnish Climate Act and Nature Conservation Act, and in negotiating the reform of the EU's climate and biodiversity policy.

For more than twenty years, Mari has held leadership positions focused on solving ecological sustainability challenges, including Environmental Manager at UPM, Director of the Finnish Cleantech Cluster and the Finnish Government's Cleantech Programme, and Director of Sitra's Sustainability Solutions theme. Mari has also served and serves on the boards of several organisations and holds docentships at the University of Helsinki and Lappeenranta and Lahti University of Technology.

Jarno has a decade of experience in influencing environmental policy in societal decision-making and public discourse. As a Business Director, he participates in the implementation of client projects and is responsible for the development of the company's services, sales, and communications. Previously, Jarno has worked as a Communications Manager for a presidential campaign and as a Special Adviser to the Minister in the Ministry of the Environment, the Ministry of the Interior, and the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.

Amanda is a Specialist on corporate environmental responsibility, particularly in the field of nature and climate issues. With strong experience in environmental decision-making at both municipal and national level, Pasanen's special expertise lies in implementing sustainability solutions and environmental policies in organisations. Amanda has previously worked as an environmental policy specialist for the Green Parliamentary Group and as a parliamentary assistant to Maria Ohisalo, the Minister of Environment and Climate Change.
Christine Laine

Christine has worked in expert roles, assisting multidisciplinary companies in understanding and managing the climate and biodiversity impacts of their operations. She has gained extensive practical experience in both qualitative and quantitative assessments. Christine also has previous experience in the research field. Additionally, as an enthusiastic lifelong learner, she is pursuing environmental engineering studies focused on the circular economy alongside her work as an environmental and natural resource economist.
Kalle Meller

Kalle has versatile expertise in nature-related issues from grassroots level to national assessments and exploring global challenges. He has worked as a researcher and long-term monitoring coordinator at the Finnish Museum of Natural History, as a conservation secretary in an environmental organization, in municipal environmental administration as a specialist for the restoration and recreational use of natural areas, and in a consulting company as an expert in assessing the environmental impacts of wind power. In addition, Kalle has conducted field surveys of various species for 20 years across Finland, prepared a report for the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment on the impact of wind power on birds and bats, and completed a doctoral dissertation on the effects of climate change on bird populations.

Sara is a Junior Specialist, working on sustainability for and with essential stakeholders across society. Sara recently completed a Master’s in Environment and Development, and brings with her a breadth of experience around the circular economy, climate, and nature. Sara has previously worked with national and international organizations fostering positive environmental and social impact in cooperation with businesses, governments, financial institutions, and academia.
Esko Sorakunnas

Esko has deep expertise in the relationship between the tourism industry and biodiversity. He has studied the integration of tourism and biodiversity globally, as well as the best practices and challenges in Finland's biosphere area. He has researched biodiversity and climate change from the perspective of sustainable tourism's customer experience and value creation.

Jutta is studying in the Master's Programme in Environmental Change and Global Sustainability at the University of Helsinki and is working as an intern for the summer, assisting experts. Her strengths lie in interdisciplinary and holistic approaches to sustainability issues.
